User-generated content

If you submit comments, feedback, or other content to DailyNewsWatch, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence.

Copyright infringement

Free tier

Basic access to DailyNewsWatch content is free. No payment information is required to read articles or subscribe to the newsletter.

Premium features

Certain features may require payment. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We use Stripe for payment processing and do not store your payment card details on our servers.

Referral programme

Our referral programme allows users to earn credits or rewards by referring new users. Rewards are subject to verification and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Abuse of the referral programme (e.g., self-referrals, fraudulent referrals) will result in account termination and forfeiture of all rewards.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
